This exciting project is a brand new Baking and Cooking Facility for servicing Summerhill Markets Retail Stores and beyond. Mardel worked closely with Waterloo Energy Products Inc. on the design and implementation of the Commercial Refrigeration System, to ensure the client maximized efficiency in all areas. The Hill Phoenix Rack has heat recovery to supply all the domestic and production hot water in the facility and hot gas defrost throughout.
